The following Service Level Agreement (SLA) applies exclusively to our managed and unmanaged VPS services. We are proud to offer a robust guarantee of 99.99% network availability for our VPS offerings on a monthly basis.
Important Note ⚠️
While we strive to maintain the highest standards of service, there are certain circumstances under which this SLA may not apply. Please review the exceptions listed below carefully.
SLA Exceptions 🚫
Our 99.99% uptime guarantee does not cover the following situations:
- Scheduled maintenance windows or emergency maintenance periods, which we endeavor to keep to a minimum.
- Instances where a customer's website or server activity negatively impacts the overall performance, quality, or operation of the 20i network infrastructure.
- Technical issues arising from customer actions, including but not limited to custom code implementations, third-party software installations, willful misconduct, or violations of our terms and conditions or acceptable use policy.
- Periods during which our support team is unable to verify or observe any faults reported by the customer.
- Service degradations or losses resulting from Denial of Service (DoS) attacks or other forms of malicious network activity.
